Terms and Conditions

By booking a service with Wasatch Cleaning Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Estimates and Pricing
All quotes are based on information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual size, condition, or additional services requested. Any changes will be discussed and approved before work continues.

2. Access to Property
Clients must ensure we have safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If entry is not possible, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

3. Cleaning Standards and Results
We take pride in high-quality service. However, results can vary depending on factors such as buildup, damage, or surfaces outside regular cleaning reach. We do not guarantee full removal of stains, mold, or other permanent damage.

4. Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your clean, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to address and correct reasonable concerns.

5. Health and Safety
Our products are eco-friendly and non-toxic, but if you or someone in your household has allergies or sensitivities, please notify us in advance. We reserve the right to decline service if working conditions are unsafe (including pest infestations, biohazards, or aggressive pets).

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, or electronic payment. Late payments may incur additional fees.

8. Damages and Liability
We take great care while cleaning. If accidental damage occurs, please notify us within 24 hours. We are not liable for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or items not securely fastened or installed (e.g., blinds, shelves, decor). Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service performed.

9. Items We Do Not Clean
For safety reasons, we do not handle human or animal waste, black mold, pest infestations, hoarding situations, or high-risk areas requiring specialized equipment.

10. Access and Security
If we are provided with keys, garage codes, or lockbox access, we guarantee they will be handled securely and confidentially. We are not responsible for loss or theft once we have left the premises.

11. Recurring Services
Recurring discounts or specials apply only to continuous services. Paused or skipped appointments may result in regular rates being reinstated.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
